Privacy and data-rights requests
A request may be emailed to contact@kangqiao.health with 'Privacy' in the subject line, or sent in writing to the company address above and marked for Privacy. State the right you wish to exercise, the relevant platform relationship and a safe return-contact method. We may request proportionate identity verification before disclosing, correcting, exporting or deleting personal information.
Do not include full medical records in an initial rights request. If more information is required, Kangqiao will provide a controlled method after verifying the request.
